The only coffee that I have ever tasted is a vanilla latte from Starbucks. I want to start making coffee at home but I don’t know what kind to buy and what to add to it to make it taste good (creamer, sugar, etc.)?
Okay, what brands are good? I look at the Dunkin Donuts brand of coffee at the store I work at. They have a french vanilla coffee that looks good.

Carrie S asked:
When I make coffee using my regular coffee maker, I use one tablespoon ground coffee per two cups of water. I used to work at a gourmet coffee shop and this is how we did it. I just can’t get a nice dark cup of coffee using my french press. What is your water to grounds ratio?
I know you are supposed to use fresh coarse ground coffee.
and water just off a boil.
ANYBODY? Please?
Scott

Hi,
You can pick up any ingredients like coffee beans, coffee powder or dust, any brand or variety or country of origin, instant coffee mix – whatever. Coffee can be made with or without creamer, sugar etc. Any other ideas are welcome too – your choice.

The objective is to come up with a good cup of coffee that is just marvelous and feels almost like heaven for one’s taste buds and sensory perceptions.
The idea is how to make or brew a really good, fantastic and delicious coffee. You can use any instuments or machines that will help achieve this.
And guys and gals thanks in advance for your valuable answers.
Yeah, really thanks, I mean it.

I used to grind my own beans, but now I use Folgers Medium roasted coffee. I know it can be done, but I don’t know how to adjust for my stomach’s lower tolerance of acidic things. I refuse to delete coffee from my diet. Starbucks is way too rough on my stomach but I love the coffee they make at Cracker Barrel with 2 creams added. I don’t know how they make theirs. Has anyone else had to solve this problem? Do I need to switch roasting levels, amount of grounds to water used or what? Many thanks to anyone who takes the time to help me out!!!! JWW
