I usually grind my coffee and use a coffee maker. And I only make one cup. How much power of coffee should I use? Because I don’t want it bitter or weak. Also, after the coffee maker is done making the coffee, what all the condiments do I use to make it taste good. I usually don’t like black coffee alone.

I go by the instructions on the bag but it never comes out right. Like now, I tried to make 6 cups of Dunkin Donuts Hazelnut and I put 5 tablespoons and it’s so bitter. The package actually suggested 1 and a half tablespoons per 6oz of water!

Question: Any pointers or tips on how to make good coffee? Mom doesn’t know how to make coffee either, lol.
